Winter Conditioning

Sprinters
Running/Lift/Plyos - Monday, Wednesday, Friday after school

Middle-Distance & Distance​
Polar Bear Club - Run each day before or after school
Weight Room - Tuesday, Friday at 5:15 pm
On Your Own - Saturday (Long Run)
Middle-Distance - 1 or 2 days per week with the sprinters in the hallway
